Since 2017, we have been an official service partner of Samsung and carry out all repairs within and outside the warranty period. This service contract not only commits us to obtain all required spare parts directly from Samsung. Our technicians also have to keep up to date with Samsung's training courses. For this, we have all the necessary technical information to guarantee you the best service.
Thanks to our certification, the warranty period of your device is preserved. For chargeable repairs after the dealer warranty has expired, we provide a three-month guarantee on our work as well as on replaced parts.

Samsung's repair policy allows us to repair almost every component individually. For common Samsung products, we usually have a spare part on site. So we carry out almost all Samsung repairs within 2 to 3 hours.
