You can return the device within 14 days of receipt. This period is from the day your package was delivered. After this period has expired, it is no longer possible to return the device.

Without the completed revocation form we cannot process the order.

2. Pack and return the article

Please return the goods to us in original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.

In order to make this service available to all persons and to prevent misuse, the returning person (you) pays the postage costs.

3. Receive a refund

After receipt of the package we check the device. We only paid the full amount when:
  • the product has no functional defects and matches the purchase or return criteria in our General Terms and Conditions (i.e. no password and no activation lock or similar)
  • the product is in identical condition (signs of use)
  • the original scope of delivery is complete and in the identical condition as when purchased

For the repayment we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. The final amount is usually transferred within 14 days after receipt of the package.
